NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Morristown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 3^rd, 2008 at 6:30 P.M. at 604 Main St., Morristown for a variance/interpretation of Article 4, Section B, Subsection 1 of the Town of Morristown Land Use Law.

The applicant is appealing the decision of the zoning enforcement officer denying a permit to: James D. & Elaine D. Anthony, 8 Cedar Lane. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Written comments will also be entertained. Anyone requiring special accommodations to participate in the hearing should notify the town clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing. Town Clerk's Office Labor Day Weekend Hours

The Town of Morristown's Town Clerks Office will be closed on Friday, August 29^th through Monday, September 1^st. The Office will re-open on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 and regular hours will resume.

Notification of Wind Energy Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Wind Energy Committee for the Town of Morristown on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 7 PM. The meeting will be held at the Town Offices, 604 Main St..

The meeting is open to the public. Please plan on attending if you have an interest in wind power in the Town of Morristown. For more information please call the Town Clerks office at 375-6510.
