Legal Notice

The Town of Morristown is soliciting for bids on screened sand to be used for winter road treatment.  Bid forms may be picked up at the Town Highway Barn, 136 County Route #2, Brier Hill, N.Y., or at the Town Clerks Office, 604 Main Street, Morristown, N.Y.  All bid forms must be returned to the Town Clerks Office in a sealed envelope clearly marked Sand Bid, by mail, Town Clerks Office, PO Box 240, Morristown NY 13664,or in person,  by 4 P.M. on Monday, September 13, 2010.  Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at the Town Clerks Office at 7 P.M.  The Town of Morristown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
