NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE
TOWN ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Sections 506 and 528 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Morristown, County of St. Lawrence has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Town of Morristown Offices, at 604 Main St., Morristown NY, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on:
Saturday, May 12, 2012 9 AM to 1 PM
Monday, May 14, 2012 5 PM to 9 PM
Tuesday, May 15, 2012 5 PM to 9 PM
Monday, May 21, 2012 5 PM to 9 PM
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 5, 2012 between the hours of 4 PM to 8 PM in said Town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing themselves to be aggrieved.
A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available at the Assessor's office.
